About the event

Doors open at 5:30 pm.

We’ll gather at the Parker Task Force for a special event focused on the Home Rule Initiative. The evening kicks off with a livestream of the Douglas County Board of Commissioners' Town Hall at 6:00 PM, followed by a live, moderated panel discussion featuring candidates running for the Home Rule Charter Commission.

This is your chance to learn what Home Rule is, why it matters, and how it could shape the future of our community.

Admission is free, and we invite you to bring a donation of non-perishable food items to support the great work of the Parker Task Force.

Don’t miss this opportunity to stay informed, get involved, and connect with neighbors working to build a stronger Douglas County!

Free of charge, food donations for Parker Task Force greatly appreciated.
